Information about shipping

The ordered product will be shipped by Evologi srl by courier to your delivery address. Upon receipt of the products, the courier will ask for your signature (or that of an adult authorized by you). Deliveries of products to PO Boxes are not made. Deliveries are made on normal working days/hours only (not on weekends or public holidays).

The courier will make two (2) attempts to deliver the package, with the customer's signature. The frequency is two (2) attempts on consecutive days. After the second attempt, the package will be transferred to the courier's customer counter. A note will be left informing you that the package must be collected from the customer counter within seven (7) days, otherwise it will be returned to us and we will proceed to process the return. In this case, we will notify the customer. The package will be treated as a free return of the customer's order and we will then refund the products to you. If not, a third delivery attempt can be arranged by contacting the courier directly, following the instructions on the sticky note.
