RETURNS, REFUNDS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you will have the right to return the products if you change your mind within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Make sure the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and that the tag is still attached.
To make a return, just follow these simple steps:
Write to email@example.com indicating in the email the identification order number to be returned. es (#00000001).
Pack the products, remembering to insert a sheet with the identification order number inside. Send the package to be returned, at your expense, to the following address:

We inform you that it is possible to return the products using a courier of your choice.
We recommend that you use a transport service that allows you to track and insure your package, as we are not responsible for the shipment of returned products.
Returns must be sent from the same country (country) where the order was placed. We will not be able to accept returns from other countries (countries).
We remind you that:
- The products must not have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- Only Lanerossi has the right to determine if the products are still in their original state.
- The identification label must still be attached to the products.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns cannot be accepted for the following products:
- Products that are customized or manufactured to customer specifications
- Products which after delivery have become inseparable from other items.
All returned products will be checked by Lanerossi within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the package.
You will be sent an email confirming acceptance of the returned products at our fulfillment center and the refund due.
The refund will be made to you following the positive outcome of the check by our specialized staff using the same payment method you chose during check out.
We also point out that the various payment providers (Paypal, Credit Cards) have different processing times and it may take a few working days to process refunds and credit them to the payment method originally used by the customer, these technical times are not up to us imputable.
In the event of a rejected return, our customer service will explain the reason for the refusal and the package will be sent back to you.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month guarantee for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the product replaced or repaired, at his choice, except in cases where the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other.
In the event that replacement and repair are impossible or excessively expensive, the consumer will be entitled to a reduction in the price or termination of the sales contract with consequent return of the goods and reimbursement of the price paid, pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
The lack of conformity must be communicated to the seller within 2 (two) months of discovery; this communication can also take place by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
It should be noted that the defect which occurs within 6 (six) months of delivery is presumed to exist at the time of delivery.
The guarantee is valid only if the product is used correctly, for uses that conform to its nature and following the instructions for use and washing provided.
