Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Make sure the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and that the tag is still attached.

To make a return, just follow these simple steps:

• You may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing the withdrawal form available on the Website.
  
• Alternatively, write to help@lanerossi.com, indicating the Order number to be returned (e.g. LNRS-00001).
  
• Pack the products, remembering to insert a sheet with the Order number inside the package.

All costs related to returning the products shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

You may return the products using a courier of your choice.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the Seller is not responsible for the return shipment, which remains under the Customer's responsibility until it has been received at the warehouse indicated above.

Returns must be sent from the same country where the Order was placed. Returns sent from a different country cannot be accepted.

We remind you that:

• the products must not have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged;
  
• the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
  
• the products should, where possible, be returned in their original packaging;
  
• Lanerossi reserves the right to verify that the returned products comply with the return conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the products are found to have been used, damaged, altered or returned without tags, seals or labels, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced, where permitted by applicable law.
  

Returns cannot be accepted for the following products:

• products that are customised or manufactured according to the Customer's specifications;
  
• products which, after delivery, have become inseparable from other items.

All returned products will be checked by Lanerossi within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the package.

If the inspection is successful, the refund will be made using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase. The amount due will be credited to the payment method originally used for the Order.

Where the withdrawal concerns the entire Order, the cost of the standard delivery service will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, delivery costs will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred for delivery methods other than the standard delivery service will not be refunded.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Seller may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the Customer has provided evidence of having sent back the products, whichever occurs first.

We also point out that different payment providers (such as PayPal and credit card issuers) have different processing times. Therefore, it may take a few working days for the refund to be processed and credited to the payment method originally used. Such technical processing times are beyond Lanerossi's control.

If the returned products do not comply with the return conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Customer Service will notify you by e-mail of the refusal of the return or of any reduction in the refundable amount. The Customer may also request, at their own expense, that the products be returned.

All Products are covered by a statutory legal guarantee for lack of conformity lasting 2 (two) years from the date of delivery, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree No. 170/2021.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer shall be entitled to the remedies set out in Article 135‑bis of the Consumer Code and, in particular, to the repair or replacement of the Product, at the Consumer’s choice, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous compared to the alternative.

Where repair and replacement are impossible or excessively onerous, the Consumer shall be entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the sales contract, with consequent return of the goods and reimbursement of the price paid, in accordance with Article 135‑bis of the Consumer Code.

It is specified that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 1 (one) year from delivery of the Product shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the lack of conformity.

Any action aimed at asserting a lack of conformity shall be time‑barred 26 (twenty‑six) months from the date of delivery of the Product.

The legal guarantee applies provided that the Product has been used for its intended purpose, in a proper and correct manner, in accordance with its nature and with the instructions for use and washing supplied.
