Information on the processing of personal data for the creation of videos or photographs of the event on 20 April 2023 at the Lanerossi Flagship Store in Milan and their publication on the Lanerossi social networks

Thank you for registering for our event organized at the Lanerossi Flagship in Milan on April 20, 2023.

We hereby inform you that during the event videos and/or photographs will be taken which may also portray the participants of the event. The videos and/or photographs will be made by professionals or personnel appointed by the Company and may be published on Lanerossi social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, so as to advertise our products and our initiatives. 

We would be happy to publish all the photographs and video footage taken during the event but, if you do not like it, we ask you to let us know now and let us know during the event; We will take care of respecting your privacy and not photographing you.

The images and videos will be processed - on computer or electronic media - in compliance with current legislation on the processing of personal data and the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and confidentiality.

The videos and images may be published on Lanerossi social networks to promote our products and our brand with your prior consent.

The data may be processed by internal personnel authorized to process the data or by external parties who will operate as Data Processors or as independent Data Controllers.

Such data will be stored in the company's computer records for the duration of the company's needs to document the event and, in any case, until the interested party requests cancellation. 

We remind you that with respect to your personal data you can, at any time, revoke your consent and exercise the rights indicated in the articles. 15 and following EU Reg. 2016/679 and, precisely, the right of access to personal data, rectification, cancellation ("right to be forgotten"), limitation of processing, portability of data and opposition to their processing . 

These rights may be exercised by sending written communication to the Data Controller and he may, if he deems it necessary, submit complaints to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
