Extra-fine merino wool is one of the best quality virgin wool, obtained from selected flocks of merino sheep. This wool is characterised by extremely fine fibres, with a diameter of 19.5 microns – a thousandths of a millimetre. The main characteristics are softness, thermoregulation and a great capacity to absorb moisture.
