The print is inspired by an advertisement from the late 1940s that reworks the iconic "R", the Lanerossi logo. The original advertisement promotes the thermal blanket and animates the letter with flame-like graphics. From here, the idea of revisiting the lettering and animating it with contrasting color masses and a series of geometric patterns was born, giving a contemporary look and creating an interesting visual effect depending on how the throw is folded. The velvet edging completes the look of the throw and adds a material richness.
